310 Drum Tumbler

Morse Tilt-To-Load Drum Rotators have power-lift, and tumble drum "corner-over-corner" to thoroughly mix ingredients. The drum tumbler holds your drum on an angle to rotate drum with vigorous tumbling action. Tilt-To-Load Drum Tumblers rotate a plastic, steel or fiber drum from 55-gallon drum to 30-gallon size. Quickly load an upright drum onto the base plate of the Tilt-To-Load Rotator at floor level with a drum truck or with a below-hook drum lifter. Secure your drum in drum rotator using the polyester web strap and ratchet around drum, and two clamps on top of the drum.

Use ergonomic power tilt control to raise a drum to rotating position. Use second control to start and stop drum tumbling. An optional Control Package can be used to set the desired time of drum rotation anywhere from a few seconds to 16 hours, push the start button, and walk away. You preset the tumbling speed. Additionally, an Automated Control Package is available that will automatically raise the drum upon initializing it's start sequence, tumble for the preset time and speed, and then lower the drum back to floor level. The Automated Control Package is only available with a Guard Enclosure Kit and is not available on explosion proof motors.
